Eating Disorder Recovery

Having an Eating Disorder is Not Your Fault!

“Brittany has helped me heal in so many ways. I now listen to my body, and don’t attach my worth to whatever size it may be or will be. She has changed my life! ”

Recovery is Possible

Hi! I am so glad you are here and taking steps towards Eating Disorder recovery.

Whether you suspect you have an eating disorder or have been struggling with your eating disorder for years, you are worthy of support and compassionate care.

You do not need an official eating disorder diagnosis in order to get the support you deserve. If your relationship with food and your body is impacting the quality of your life and interfering with your day to day functioning, it is time to get help.

Eating disorders affect people of all genders, ages, shapes, sizes, socioeconomic backgrounds, and ethnicities. Eating disorders do not have a look and anyone can be affected.

Eating Disorder Recovery has enabled me to add variety and excitement back into food. I no longer have to plan my entire day around rationing calories. I have freedom to eat when I go out for meals since I don’t immediately choose the lowest calorie option.
