My Approach to Nutrition Counseling

As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Counselor, and Body Image Coach, my approach is rooted in Intuitive Eating, self-compassion and mindfulness. I work from a trauma- informed, HAES (Health at Every Size) and weight inclusive lens, because I truly believe that all bodies are good bodies and deserve love and respect.

My relationship with clients is therapeutic and collaborative, focusing on the whole person, not a number on the scale.
